Depending on the door PM Door Inspection package service may include: visual inspection of door operation, tripping hazards, door function switch, required signage, glass stops, weather stripping, bottom guide tracks and assembly, drive pulley and belt, roller and anti-riser condition, door arm, bottom pivot, access cover, speed, force and time delay, zero and 90-degree stop.
AAADM certification
Annual inspection of automatic door systems by an AAADM-certified technician will check that openings comply with the latest industry standards, including ANSI A156.10 and/or A156.19.
Fire Door Inspection
Facility managers are responsible for ensuring completion of annual fire door inspections. Any deficiency found must be corrected and re-acceptance testing must be conducted. In accordance with NFPA 80, all records must be kept for review by the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ).
